Mercury retrograde usually gets
a bad reaction from many. However, understanding the energy of looking back to move forward can shift your perception. Things revealed during these times are usually things that are stored in
our energy field and subconscious because they have been tucked away. It is now time to resolve them. Realize what needs attention, learn the lesson, thank the experience and release it with love.
During the retrograde I will be offering 15 minute collective reiki sessions for all participants every Wednesday morning. Wednesday is the day of communication and the best time to deliver messages. I thought this to be the best day to offer reiki so you may be in alignment having clarity to receive the messages being communicated to you for your greater good during the retrograde.
I will also provide a daily affirmation to download that is reiki charged with power symbols and a list of five crystals to help during this time.

Collective reiki is also know as group reiki. This is when reiki is channeled to multiple people at the same time. This can be done in person or remotely.
Mercury retrograde can be challenging for many. If there is shadow work that needs to be done it will most likely be revealed during this time. It can be intense and trigger emotions and resurface some of life's experience in need of healing.
Reiki promotes healing and clarity on an emotional, spiritual and physical level. Reiki also assist with promoting relaxation, relieving stress, releasing negativity, clearing the aura and aligning our chakras. Reiki is the high vibrational universal energy that helps us connect to ourselves with a deeper awareness. This makes reiki a great healing modality to help guide us to maximize our growth and healing potential during the retrograde.
The mercury retrograde is a time when the planet Mercury is moving slower than Earth appearing to move backwards. Mercury is the planet that influences communication. During this time there may be miscommunication, misunderstandings, resurfacing of emotions and reminders of the past.
