Peace Loves!
As the Summer Solstice approaches I am reminded to tap into the healing power of the sun and it's fiery energy. On June 21st the sun will be at it's greatest strength, marking the step into a new Divine rhythm. This is a magical time to gather, heal, share and support one another- As we go within to find the nourishment we need to grow.
We will gather for a sound bath and journaling session. The sound bath will be an immersive experience to nurture our minds and bodies while inducing a meditative state. This will help us relax and gain clarity to where we are storing emotions in the body, what they are and what we may need to work on releasing. Time will be allotted for a free journaling session to reflect on what surfaced during the sound bath to reveal, release and restore. Followed by a guided manifestation journaling exercise, closing out with a support circle.
